We routinely supply professional engineers and inspectors on a contract basis. All our inspectors are qualified to AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 and BGAS Grade 2 or Grade 3. We maintain a team of Third Party Inspectors to the requirements of various clients. We provide consultancy service for preparing all type procedures and software required for a project. Our inspectors are engaged in preparing welding procedures, Conducting Procedure Qualification tests, and Welder qualification tests. Visual inspection is the one of the NDT method used extensively to evaluate the condition, inexpensive and doesn´t require special equipment. It is used most effectively for the inspection of welds where quick detection and the correction of flaws or process-related problems can result in significant cost saving. It is primary evaluation method of many quality control programs. Visual inspection can identify where a failure is most likely to occur and identify when failure has started.

This nondestructive method is one of the most sensitive means for detecting surface or near surface defects in ferromagnetic materials. Structures or parts of almost any shape or size can be rapidly and accurately examined using this technique. Our NDT laboratory uses AC and Half wave DC yokes for magnetic particle testing.

Liquid (Die) penetrants remain one of the most reliable, effective, and cost-effective methods for detecting surface flaws in ferrous and nonferrous materials. Penetrant inspection can be used on any non-porous material. It is essential that the material be carefully cleaned first. Otherwise the penetrant will not be able to get into the defect.

Portable Ultrasonic flaw detectors and thickness gauges are using to scan welds, castings, forgings and other raw materials. We also undertake Automated UT using ToFD
